Ford bronco sport 2022 sync 3 issue

My Ford bronco sport sync 3 is wigging out as in the mornings I have the find mobile apps and Sirius and Ford + Alexa and I heart and Pandora show up on my apps screen. Then around 12:00 midday the Ford+Alexa and iheart and Pandora apps fall off . Called ford.com and have done reboot soft and hard no luck? Anyone know a cure as I took to dealer today and they seemed confused said need to order some module for it? Tired of the apps falling off and having to plug in the USB cable when it's supposed to be hands free?

By chance are you hooked to WiFi? If it’s not you may be missing some updates. My2019 mustang was disconnected from WiFi due to a new modem and I didn’t realize it for months. Took for ever to update

I just had this issue with my 2023 BS Big Bend after the recall update . The mobile tech came up and plugged in - the computer needed a software update. My Sync 3 had the current update so that wasn’t the issue. Day 3 and it seems to be working correctly again ( fingers crossed).

We recently had the recall fix done by a mobile tech on our 23 Big Bend Sport. Left on vacation a few days later, all good for a few days. Then one day I put it in reverse, back up camera comes on like it should. Put it in drive and the camera stays on and you can not shut the the radio off. No blind spot detection or cross traffic alert. After awhile the screen goes dark blue then black. The wife googles it and finds that holding a certain 2 buttons simultaneously resets the system. We need to do this several times for it to work again, but almost every time you shut off the vehicle you need to do this procedure again. This goes on for 4 or 5 days, then one day all is fine again. It is currently at the dealer for this and an engine oil and coolant leak.

Update. After replacing the water pump and reflashing the Sync again, same shit was happening with the Sync. Took it back to the dealer again last week. Reflashed the Sync again for the 3rd time. This time so far all is good with it ( fingers crossed).

Just curious as to what the recall notice number was that you are referencing? I just had a Sync 3 recall done on my 23 Explorer this morning.

I guess the last notice was not a recall but "Customer Satisfaction Program 24B47" for the Sync system. See attached letter.

Ok that is, I believe, the same one I just had done.
