When the Hybrid is ready. That said though, I haven't seen a lot of mid-size police vehicles out there. Most departments seem to prefer full-size cars and suvs like the taurus and Explorer or Expedition.

Theres no reason to tail gate me when I'm doing 50 in a 30 mph zone and those flashing lights on top of your car look ridiculous.

They would never settle for the Sport engine. It would likely be modified (if possible) with the 2.7-liter EcoBoost V-6. I so wished the Sport had an option for that engine!
