At Bronco Nation, we’re big fans of driving the Bronco Sport on-road to adventures, and we’ve found it incredibly capable off-road as well. It’s exciting news that Ford is giving the 2023 Sport the optional Black Diamond package as well as expanding access to Bronco Off-Roadeo.

Head over to the news section to read about the Black Diamond Off-Road Package and Bronco Off-Roadeo Access to All Sport Models!

The graphic is cool and I like that they added skids and upgraded tires for the package. With that said it may be slightly confusing that it's the "Black Diamond Package" that you can get on a big bend or outer banks. Telling someone you have a "Bronco Sport Big Bend Black Diamond package" really rolls off the tongue well😂

I hope someone at least simplified it to BSBBBDP

Then why not just order the Badlands and get the 4 cylinder engine and everything that the Black Diamond package offers, plus more. And it opens up to add other options. If Ford is going to hold my Bronco due to a blue oval badge, then I'll tell them to just send me the oval and I think I can figure out how to put it on!

Maybe that was rhetorical lol, but price maybe, in that Badlands is still more expensive than Outer Banks with the Black Diamond package.

Plus Ford may have some data on people who don't think they need all "that" - i.e., Badlands - but would tack on an off-roading package just in case.

I understand the price aspect. But, when I began the order process, I couldn't trust a 3 cylinder engine. Living in the Northeast, and dealing with these N'or Easters all the time, I wanted the heated seats, steering wheel, the all terrain tires, and the bash plates. Also, having a limited Summer, I wanted the moonroof. I hate seeing my bike in the garage for 6 months out of the year. I should be living down South. 😂

So cool to hear that Bronco Sport owners are being treated to the Off-Roadeo experience. Talk about making memories! Cannot praise Off-Roadeo enough. That new off-road package for the Bronco Sport is very cool; I'd definitely go in that direction if I were a new Bronco Sport buyer. It looks especially good wearing that Eruption Green paint! 😍

I have a pair of identical 2023 Bronco Sports on order (Build date 12/5) for my business.

September 11,2021 I attended the NH OR and can’t wait to hit the off-roadeo again but in a Sport. It should be an awesome comparison!
