One of our BN teammates, @couldbeevan, spotted this pre-production Ruby Red Sport Sasquatch out and about in Detroit, and it has me remembering the days of old, where very few of us had seen the available colors on the actual vehicle and were doing our best to decide which to order.

I also remember doing my best at my first Bronco event, Super Cel East in April 2021, and momentarily confusing Cactus Gray and Area 51, which seems crazy now –– but we all learn, and pics on the forums is one way to do so! If you're thinking of getting a 2025 Sport in this color, you might find these pics helpful.

Being a metallic, Ruby Red (a $495 upgrade) shows up differently depending on the light. Sometimes it veers more Hot Pepper-y, other times, more Rapid Red (RIP). If you're a fan of the graphics, Ruby Red shows off the $595 Sasquatch branding well! What do you think: yes or no on this color?

Personally like Hot-Pepper Red better, but this is absolutely my 2nd pick out of all of the red colors. Better than both Rapid Red and Race Red from previous models/years.

The color itself is great ,but all it does is contrast the excessive amount of black plastic on it.

I think hot pepper red is a great color and almost brought one. Red is my preferred color anyways and had most of my vehicles in red. My Sport is white and I really think it pops myself.

This is a good color. I would have picked this, if available, on my Bronco instead of the Hot Pepper Red, (HPR). This is similar to the color on my F-150. The HPR is just an OK color.

I am not usually one to pick red but, I like it - it kinda looks like the Dark Garnet Red on my ‘04 F250.

The color is ok but I dislike the decals. Screams juvenile.
I also shy away from paying for any upgraded paint colors. Never a good value.

I think you'd get a lot of folks picking that color down here in Arkansas. Pretty close to Razorback colors. Sticking with my eruption green though, but if that ever goes away, this would be my next choice on color.

I'm not a red person or a decals person, but I'm glad the options exist for people who are! I do like all the black contrasts, so I guess Ford designers favor my tastes over V-8's in this instance; my condolences to people on the other side :/ I like the Sports with the black roofs over the body-color matched, but again, just my preference.

Agree with the contrast. I do love the red/black combo. The color itself is nice but more for sports car imo.

The color looks good! RHP good, no and the hood graphics are not for me. If I were looking for a red on a full size Bronco and RHP wasn't available I'd get this. In it's class this loses big time to the red on the Mazda SUVs.

.....With all he colors, it's a tough call. I'm Cactus Grey and I like it alot, but I also like.....Green sort-of, and the Red least...... sorry. Though it's really a toss-up with the Green color and the Red. Mabe the Red leading there.

Frankly when I first got mine in Cactus Grey, I had second thoughts wondering if I could of picked better. Mine was new on the lot with a load of pickups and an Escape just being delivered. At that time alot of kitchen appliance colors were gaining popularity in all the car brands and the Grey was making it''s rounds. And with just 3 miles on It.... I took the Grey. I have since become accustomed to it, fond really, and have decided after a year coming this October, that by far, I made the BEST CHOICE....
The colors grow on you, they really do. And as you get the obligatory accessories like the Bug Deflector and Window vents, mats and all that the look starts to improve a good deal.

Mis Laura....... I think it will grow on you.. Same as mine did me. I really was fond of the Sport Heritage, light blue and oxford white top. They just didn't have one there when I was buying. I had never even considered a Bronco of any model, and had I, it would of been the Heritage two door model.....
it was my Daughter that presented the idea to me, and I'm glad of it. .......................STILL...... I chose the Cactus Grey Big Bend, though I wish it had had a heated steering wheel and seats... But I quickly acclimated to it. I have age against me, hence the heated stuf. After time........ several months.... I decided I Really liked the Cactus Grey. I thought it looked the best barring the Baby Blue/white Heritage... and even then.....I liked it better than that..

Somehow, and I don't know why..... but it sounds like you will become overwealmingly fond of your color choice. Somehow it sounds like it will fit You...I don't know, I just picture it in my mind that there you are smiling and waving in your RUBY RED Bronco as you go tool'n by...

I think certain colors work with the blacked out roof, especially white. I agree that the decal is growing on me too.

If you’re a red vehicle type it’s definitely a pretty shade - would make a great nail polish color! Looks much better with the dark roof vs body paint match. Could also do without all the decals- just places to get your wax stuck in while detailing 😜
