Wanted to turn my Badlands into a Heritage Limited- but better. So many places said the top couldnt be wrapped or painted- but my dealer actually has been getting them painted, I think beautifully. Im in Dallas- and Stephen at Tx Prestige Auto is a magician and perfectionist. Its not simple- have to sand, prime, bond and paint- but it can be done. I dont like the Heritage seats and lack of front locker, stay bar disconnect, etc. which my Bronco has. Still have to put the stripes on. Thanks to Bronco Nation timhood for the look and info about the grille and wheels.

Looking good. I hope you have joined the heritage owners group thread, it is for folks with a Heritage or home brew heritage, or those interested in that.

They did a nice job on the roof. It looks like it came from the factory that way, except that it can't come from the factory that way. 😉😆

You're one big step closer to having your perfect Bronco! 👍🏻

That looks really good.

I too have a Badlands, for the same reasons you mentioned. Loving the Oxford White, but I've been thinking how cool it would be to to do an OW top and go full-on OJ 😂

Is there any technical details you can get from them like, material, process, etc? I may try to find someone in Central California to do this.

Pretty phenomenal! Saw a Cactus Gray Heritage out at this weekend’s AZ Roundup. I really liked it but I think your Badlands looks even better. I don’t think I’d stripe it if it was up to me. It’s truly unique and as they say “they’re spectacular.”

It looks like they did a great job, well done on your "new" roof. Any chance you would like to share what the cost was?

I think he's talking about the Heritage stripes that go along the side, not a racing stripe on the hood.

Hah. I wasn’t trying to turn it into a Shelby….

I just like the clean look of the plain Cactus Gray - Heritage style. Everyone likes what they like (and should). Hats off to RLR for making their rig unique.

There have been several painted ,wrapped and Line x mic tops on the other forum for at least 2 years. However it looks like they did yours right and it looks good.

I had painted mine too. It was done by the dealer I bought it from. It is all about the prep for sure.
I'm probably going to swap the badlands grill with a heritage. Still debating.

Glad people seem to like it. Getting some head turns and thumbs up driving. Cost me about 2 grand before tax. Im going to put the Heritage body crease thin stripes on. There is a video from "Kandy Man" on youtube that goes through the overall steps.I told Stephen that he needed to make his own video- but I think he is keeping his secrets...

that was clean day, the day it was delivered. After the Bronco show Saturday, it was Box Canyon day. The ceramic coating sure sheds the mess.
