This came from the dealer new with this connected to the battery/ground. 5amp fuse in it. It’s not trailer lights. Any ideas what it is?

Absolutely not factory at all.

You said the Bronco was new and the fact that it's only a 5 amp fuse elimates a lot of possibilities. My initial thought is it is a battery tender lead. But I don't know why the dealer would install that. So I bet you it's a security system or GPS tracker of some sort the dealer installed. May want to check the paperwork you got from your dealer to see if they installed any accessories.

If there is nothing on the paperwork you'll have to see where it leads to.

Looks like I have some investigating to do. I’m gonna take out the fuse and see if anything dies
