Already got your answer, but since we like all Broncos around here...
The Bronco Sport is manufactured in Hermosillo, Sonora (in Mexico). Same assembly plant where they previously built the Ford Fusion.
As others have mentioned... Bronco is built alongside the Ranger at MAP (Michigan Assembly Plant) in Wayne, Michigan. I believe the vast majority of Broncos (except Bronco II) that have been built since the mid-1960s were built at MAP, so that's pretty awesome that Ford returned it to MAP for the new one. But just prior to the Bronco/Ranger, MAP built the Ford Focus—which happens to be my current vehicle.
The Focus happens to be my current vehicle, before that it was an Escort, and before that it was a Bronco. Somehow every vehicle I've ever owned has been built at Michigan Assembly Plant, and it looks like I'm not breaking that streak with the Bronco. (y)
