Alright.
So it takes roughly 18 hours for a Bronco to make it down the production line. BUT, just because it makes it down the assembly line doesn’t mean that Bronco is fully built. It could be waiting for parts, or it could be sent to the mod line for accessory installation, it could have encountered a QC issue, we really don’t know.
The modules you are seeing is the “As-Built” configuration. It is used so that a dealership can pull up the factory configuration of the vehicle in order to repair it should any of the computer modules die. People are using it as a sign that their vehicle is being produced, but it’s really not intended for that purpose and doesn’t really mean anything other than your vehicle has had their modules assigned.
I will say mine was “in production” for 3 weeks, and a good chunk of that was waiting for a roof rack to get installed. Other people that shared my same production week were built within 3-4 days. It all depends.
As far as shipping time, Ford standard shipping times is 6-8 weeks after the vehicle has been released for shipment, but it heavily depends on what area of the country it’s going to. A year ago Southern California had horrific shipping times since the port and rail networks down there were all backed up. It’s a lot better now, but it’s hard give a good estimate. Your best estimate would probably come from your dealer. If they’ve been paying attention to their orders they would likely know roughly how long it’s taken for them to get vehicles from the Michigan area as of late.
For me in southern New England shipping took 5 weeks, but vehicles shipped to the northeast don’t have to transfer rail companies—it stays with CSX the entire time, so shipping times are a lot faster up here for Michigan-produced vehicles. California-bound vehicles have to be transferred to BNSF at some point.

So… if you add all of it together it’s best not to think about it. It’ll get there when it gets there.
But I know that’s easier said than done. I personally know a lot more info than the average person about Ford’s internal workings, I knew it would take awhile and I shouldn’t spend my time thinking about it. And yet I STILL drove myself crazy and obsessed over it. The last 2 months of waiting were by far the hardest.
