Whatever happened to the Riptide project??

Planning on doors and top off most of the spring and summer but I want to carry gear (kayaks, boards) as much as possible with top off. Is Exposed Racks the closest option to the Riptide racks? Something I could just close the soft top over? 2021-2022 Ford Bronco 4Dr Soft Top Roof Racks (smsparts.com)

I could be wrong, but I believe Riptide was never going to be an orderable "build". I think it's just a concept based around stuff that you can buy from Ford. In fact, the title of this article seems to indicate that this is the case.
