Where I first saw pics of them I was the same way.

Now, I have seen a couple of Braptors in person and I don't think they look bad. Those 37's are huge.

I know but it should have been. The Raptor is basically a hot rod and it needs some hot rod colors.

(sigh)...yeah I wanted a Raptor but wasn't chosen.

EDIT: I would add two fat, white stripes on the hood. (I'm still waiting for the "Shelby Bronco" to come out.)

I'm leaning towards the 2 fat stripes over the hood option on my build. Iconic silver so I'm thinking flat black or maybe blue ?

I'd go black.


Yeah, that's been my thinking the last few days. I was originally going blue as I'm installing blue bumper shackles (for a bit of color), but it might get too much with the blue stripe. The black ties in with all the other black detailing for a little bit of a simpler/ cleaner look.

If it's black it's either flat or gloss. I prefer the flat black, just don't know how well flat holds up over a gloss finish on a vinyl stripe.

Black. I think the flat would go great.

EDIT: Have you looked into a wrap instead of paint for your stripes? Wraps lasts about 3 years and then you have to pull it off, so if you get sick of it, or want to change the color, it's really easy to do so. Plus a wrap is cheaper.

Yeah that is exactly why I want it.

EDIT: You know they are already racing the Bronco Raptor on the track. I've seen some videos on YouTube. I believe it was a quarter mile.
