I went to SW Ford located at Weatherford TX to get an annual inspection on my BS Badlands, so while there, I went out to see what’s on the lot. There were lots on Bronco’s-LOTS of them. They even had one Bronco Raptor. I will say prices were higher than the were in 2021 when I bought my BS Badlands. I bought it for $33K (MSRP) not including the X-Plan discount which was nice. If you’re interested in one of these, reach out to them. SW Ford has the Southwest Promise on new vehicles which covers all maintenance for the first 2 years and it does not use your Ford Pass Points!!

Maybe the dealers & Ford will lower prices now that the Bronco is not an item. I priced my truck online, exact same options. I have a 23 Badlands, lux, 2.7, auto, hard top, no SAS. The 24 is $7400 more. Glad I got mine in 23. Would not have paid that much for a Bronco, and would still have my 09 JK.

Lol. If you think dealers can lower the price we dont determine what is printed on the sticker. Now if a dealer is advertising over msrp they are in charge of that. But Ford prices the invoices that dealers buy them at. Ford determines what X plan and A plan are with a formula and its all printed there. Ford is also in charge of the rebates.

Are the online configurators accurate? Because my Badlands build on the 2024 configurator is only $360 more than the same build on the 2023 configurator. And my window sticker was $780 less than the 2024 configurator. The Lux package itself is almost $1000 cheaper for MY24. And the modular bumper is standard instead of being a $725 option. Those two things alone nearly account for the difference in base MSRP (which is under $2K).

I was also looking at used MY23 trucks with lower spec than my new MY24 that were only about $2000 cheaper. Glad I went with my '24.

Just went to build and price. I paid $10,000 LESS for my 2022. $10,750 with sales tax. Same machine. Wouldn’t have even thought of buying it for $57K.

Well, I was specifically discussing the price differential between MY23 and MY24 trucks - I don't really have any way to look at MY22 pricing, and certainly no way to act on that pricing now anyway. In any case, weren't MY21 and MY22 Broncos regularly selling above MSRP when new?

Looking at your build above I can only surmise that it is a 2-door Black Diamond with Sasquatch package and a modular bumper added. Couldn't be higher than Mid package, since High and Lux are not offered. Might have the V6, I don't know. All of those options definitely start to push the price up to the point where it makes better sense to me to just start at a higher trim level. My 4-Door Badlands Lux was almost $3K more but I think you get a lot for that $3K. I do have the 2.3 (not sure if your build might have the 2.7 or not) but I personally wouldn't have this truck without a manual transmission.

If it makes you guys feel any better, I better a hair over $40k for my 2021 BaseSquatch 2.7 soft top (in Rapid Red) 😁 .

I'd like to see anyone build something close to that today and tell me it's NOT $10k more. Even a BB Squatch, 2.3 (only engine you can get) is at $50k with delivery included. Black Diamond w/ Squatch & 2.7l (same engine as my build) comes in at $55k. The only difference between those 2 builds and mine, MGV & 12" screen.

Back when I was building mine, deciding between BaseSquatch, BB Squatch, I even looked at Wildtrak (only a few thousand higher than BB Squatch). I think the Wildtrak was around $52k. Today, basic Wildtrak (with a soft top), comes in at $62k.

So to sum it up, if I were buying today, well I probably wouldn't. These trucks aren't worth the price tag anymore. And don't even get me started on not having a V8!

All I was stating was how much these Broncos have gone up in price. Crazy!

And yes my 2dr Black Diamond Sasquatch build came with a mod bumper, 2.7, and tow.
The same configuration in a Badlands was over 4k more. That was hard for me to justify.

Indeed. The Heritage is very nicely optioned as is, and looks so good out of the box. The trick is finding one - all the ones I inquired about were custom orders that were already spoken for. I would've loved one in Robin's Egg Blue. Not sure how I feel about the cloth seats, as I haven't seen one in person, and I quite like the MGV, stitched dash, and High/Lux package in my new Badlands, so I guess I'm okay, even if it did cost me an extra $8K. Actually my favorite Bronco would probably be a Heritage Limited in Yellowstone, if only it was available with the manual transmission...

Heritage Limited is probably the worst Bronco value and possibly the most controversial style.

You’re probably right but it still is missing a lot of stuff that the masses want.
2.7, automatic, aux switches, tow, MGV, Mod bumper, rubber flooring.
Just over $51k with zero options-

I like the look of the Heritage a lot. My only selfish reservation about it is am the white accents will show dirt quickly. I agree, it is hard to consider buying one now with an almost $10K increase. Prices are rising faster than wages.

Yeah, but "zero" options on a Heritage includes the Mid and Sasquatch packages as standard, so not really a fair statement.

Where are you getting a $10K price increase from? The Heritage wasn't even released until MY23, at a base price of $47,105 for a 2-door. MY24 pricing is $48,555. That's only a $1450 increase, and you get a 12" screen as standard now instead of the 8" one.

My MY24 4-door Badlands had an MSRP of $50,885 compared to $44,590 at launch for MY21, which is a $6295 increase. Certainly not nothing, but not $10K and that was four model years ago. Plus people seem to keep ignoring that many (most?) MY21 & MY22 Broncos were regularly selling above MSRP, which is not the case now.
