I’ve been doing some easy trails, but today I went out and managed to put “Arizona Pinstriping” on both sides of my Bronco from some Manzanita.
I think it will buff out, but if not - that just means the more challenging trails are next!

Once you do get enough pinstripping, rock rash and get it raisoned up, then you put that sticker on it that says "honk if parts fall off"

I replaced my windshield via Safelite (early 2022) and it appears identical to the OEM glass it replaced.

Good to know. Thanks!

Rock hit my windshield just about a 1/4” from the bottom underneath the wiper about 120 days in. The crack grows a little everyday I drive it, about half way up now. Did you go to Ford to get the genuine replacement or were you able to go to some place like Safelite and get a genuine replacement? I really want the original as well. I love the “Bronco EST 1966” on the driver side of the windshield.
Get an OEM replacement and then put some windshield protection film on it. I put ExoShield on within the first week and it has saved me 5-6 replacements since November.

I did not go through Safelight and for that very reason ... I wanted a Ford windshield..
Our Ford rep has a company they use and work with that carries and orders their parts from Ford. They even ordered two with the expectation that one would arrive damaged ... Well yep one did...
They came right to our home and replaced...

Best part -- insurance fully covered. I hope you get it fixed ASAP.... I'd recommend calling your dealership and advising you want a genuine windshield and see if they advise of any companies they work with...

If you're in the DMV area -- happy to share who replaced ours.

Thanks @MWNew. I’m close to you but a little further south in NC. Good advice, and I will visit my dealership when ready to replace. Hope you and everyone else here has a happy off-road relaxing Labor Day!!

Safelight was a good replacement company. I had the same type issue with my F-150. Safelight was going to put in a cheap replacement. Used a local glass company. Their scheduler got me a Ford windshield. Safelight didn't care.

I bring loppers as part of my off-road gear. Actually two, so my son can help, too. We will do trail maintenance before we get a pinstripe! 😁 I'll cut back enough so that the trail should be wide enough for more than the current season.

Welllllll since we're sharing Bronco Bruises ...
After sixty days of ownership--- a rock hit my windshield on 95 ... It spread cross that windshield like WILDFIRE.

Never mind my windshield is tinted and you couldn't see the crack from the outside .. I couldn't STAND IT - Did a silent cry inside every time I had to stare at it 😫 .... Complained EVERY single day till that windshield was ummmm replaced... two weeks later...

The husband was super happy it was replaced.... and I even nagged that I wanted a FORD windshield ... I know I know ---
Was HILAROUS when they came to fix it ... The tech was like " Your husband asked that I confirm it's a genuine FORD windshield from Michigan" I couldn't stop laffin...

Anywho... Apparently a common issue with both Bronco and Jeep windshields... UGH!!

Did it have the barcode on it like the original?

I'm proud of you! It takes true a Bronco owner to use these machines for what they were designed. Wear it as a badge of honor! Others can just trade theirs in for a Mustang.

We love to use it, just trying not to abuse it. I'd at least like it to look nice until the last payment is made. 💀 image000000.JPG

Loppers are a must. I’m have a B&D battery chain saw that goes as well. Laughed at first time i took it but half way thought trail, others happy i had it. Don’t always use it but comes in handy. 🐎
