USB Power

Hello, I noticed today that my usb outlets are only energized when the ignition is in accesory mode or when the engine is running. Anyone know how to have them powered even with everything off?

Edit: Nevermind! Not sure what I was doing but they're working now.

They remain powered only a short time after truck turns off? My f150 is this way. Havnt plugged anything in the charger yet.

Dang. I'll have to test that when I get home. It didn't look like there's an option to always have them on in the settings menu.

You can also tap the unused fuse #4 under the dash which is always hot and run a USB 12v to 5v converter. I did this on fuse #35 to wire up my dash cam and added an additional USB for my phone charging cable

- fuse #35 is switched power
- fuse #4 is battery power (so it’s ALWAYS on)
