Trailer Tow Mode

On my F-150 I have a button that puts the trans into tow mode. I don't see a button or setting in the Bronco. I did a search on YouTube and got a husband and wife team that laughed more then gave good info. In their video it said to hold the brake pedal for 7 secs and that puts you in tow mode. Do the same to exit. Lot of thoughts went through my head, but will not bore you here. The paper manual does not list a tow mode. A lot of info about towing trailers, brakes, etc.

So, is there a tow mode, as on the F-150? If so how do you get there?

I believe I saw you put an order in for the Raptor. In the Raptor it is in the Goat modes. It comes up on the screen when you turn the dial. I am not sure what it does. Generally tow mode stops the transmission from going into overdrive.

I forgot to mention that I looked in GOAT as well. I didn't see it, but will look again. I have a Badlands, noSAS.

I don't think it is there on the Badlands. I saw a video on the Raptor and that is where I saw it. Great ride Badlands is a nice trim.

So you can't keep the trans out of over drive? I guess you would have to use manual mode and stop @ 9th gear? I will talk to my service guys on Monday.

Did you go into the infotainment system and check that way? And are you talking about flat towing your bronco or using it to tow a trailer?

I think you go into settings. I have a badlands and I saw it a couple of months ago when I was just messing around with it.

I think you go into settings. I have a badlands and I saw it a couple of months ago when I was just messing around with it.

I went into setings. There is trailer information. Unless I don't understand what they are saying, this is for trailer sway issues.
