According to the owners manual the spare has a TPMS sensor. If the spare is used in a 5-tire rotation scheme, the TPMS requires a re-learn procedure.

It does have tpms. Does not require anything special, just drive it for about 10-20 miles. Had a flat traveling to OBX. Changed it out with my spare and after driving for a bit, the tpms becomes activated and your bronco will recognize it.
