Does Ford specify a tire speed rating ("S" or "T")? I have a 2022 Black Diamond. Looking at takeoff tires for sale, some are "S" rated and some are "T" rated. Some tire places screen for speed rating when deciding whether tires fit your vehicle or not.

Found this on Google. Not sure how accurate it is as I've never worried about speed rating for an off-road vehicle..

*snip

Depending on the trim level and tire size, a Ford Bronco typically comes with a tire speed rating of "T" which translates to a maximum speed of 118 mph; however, some higher performance models like the Raptor might have a "R" speed rating, allowing for a maximum speed of 106 mph.

Sasquatch equipped Broncos come with Goodyear Wrangler MT's that are S rated I believe.. The KO2's that came stock on my non Sas Badlands were Q rated..

I don't think I've ever heard of a tire shop haggling over speed ratings.. Maybe for a sports car, dunno?

Not sure speed rating is really that important on this truck. WEIGHT on the other hand is significant in my mind. I know the stock tires are not a fan favorite but they were specially developed for this truck and while being a gravel catcher/thrower, I got nearly 50k out of the OEMs and just bought 3 more, rotated the spare into service and kept the best shape tire for a spare. Unsprung weight affects handling, damping, braking and the wear and tear on a vehicle, and putting a new tire on that weighs 20-30 lbs more is significant. The OEM tires are some of the lightest ones I've found. AND least expensive.

Look on tire pressure label in your doorjamb.
