Sunset Ford ( STL, MO)

I have seen multiple posts about shady things some dealerships have done. Figured it would be nice to share a good story about a dealership.

I bought a 4dr Outerbanks Sasquatch Bronco from Sunset Ford. I originally purchased it with a hard top and then a few months later called in to add the soft top. I thought I was getting the factory soft top. I took delivery of both last Nov. I did not mess with the soft top until the spring. I didn't see a point of putting it one in the winter.

Anyway I quickly found out that i received the bestop one instead of the factory one and was not happy. I am not a fan of the fact that those do not retract fully. I talked to the Sales manager there. I was a bit heated and have no doubt I came across as a dick. He said he would see what he could do. It took a few weeks but he ended up finding another customer who got the factory top and does not plan to use it. He worked out a deal to get me the top I wanted when everyone else said i would not be able to get it.

I will definitely go back there the next time I purchase a Ford.
