Soft Top Care

HI gang!

Since the soft top is getting more..popular..I thought, since this is my first, what really is the best care of them? My wife had a convertible back in the day, but I told her that I’m sure they have gotten better.
Besides, these go off-road, so I’m sure there is a little more care for them. Thoughts? Suggestions?

I use Ragg Top on my 911 & Wrangler cloth (twill) soft tops and it works great! I will likely use it on the Bronco too (once I get it)

Do you oil the metal parts? How often to clean/seal? I have read online, but I rather go to trusted sources like you guys/girls.
