Has anyone heard of this? Could this be used in a Bronco and is there room around the aux switches for the sensors?

I understand the video above is not everyone's cup of tea. I ignore the presenter and focus on the tech. I'm not that familiar with Fords but I don't understand why they did not offer a feature they have had in certain F150 models and should be perfect for when the doors and top are off.

I installed an owlcam which does interior and exterior videos. Great for recording rides without needing a GoPro and is good security for when away. You get alerts on phone like with a ring doorbell or such. It doesn’t set the vehicle alarm off.

And yes they could steal the camera but the video goes straight to the cloud so you would still have it.

A downside would be is you have to pay for the service monthly/annually. But just in my two off-road trips having that videoing the whole time and being able to go back through it later and pick out things i wanted was worth it. Not having to remember to install the GoPro and this is there 24/7.

Just an option.

When I worked as a Lincoln/ mercury salesman back in 01-02 the town cars had this tech. Alarms would get set off on the showroom cars daily because the windows were down and the doors got locked. I’m also baffled as to why they did not put this feature on the bronco.
