Screen won’t turn off

I took top and doors off my new bronco but the touch screen won’t turn off. Car is in 1st gear (it’s a manual) and parking brake on. Turned off ignition and set alarm and screen will not turn off. Don’t want a dead battery. Only had my bronco 2 weeks.
Update: hit lock button still stays on.

It never turns off or it turns off after 15 minutes?

You can change how quickly it turns off in settings

I didn’t wait 15 min but now I’ll watch it and see if it does after 15. But you’d think locking it to go inside it would turn it off.
Fords and GMs run the radio for a set amount of time or until you open the door then it will shut off. If the doors are off it doesn’t know if you left the vehicle. I would put my money on that.

Did you figure out what went wrong? I took mine off for the first time today as well and currently have the same issue .

Did you remove the doors with the engine on or off? It does sound like the module didnt recognize the disconnect. Try putting it in acc mode then remove the door and see if that helps
