Here is the list of items in the Scheduled Maintenance section of the 2021 Owner's Manual. (I didn't catch any differences in the 2022 manual.)

I'm presenting it here because, as much as possible, I try to do the work on my own. (I have issues with people touching my stuff!!) Hopefully, we have some mechanical know-how in the community who can offer advice and some guidance (with the standard disclaimers). If not, it's still a good reference.

I'll follow up post some 'how do I...' type questions. (I've number them for referencing)

A parts store has a tester they sell and its pretty cheap.

They say to replace the air filter at 30,000. I would at least check it way before 30,000 miles. I've seen some pics of people that off-road quite a bit and it was ready to be changed way before that mark. If you don't drive in any dusty areas, I probably wouldn't worry about it too much.

Excellent point Deano.

Readers, definitely read the manual is it does cover operation-based scenarios. E.g., oil, oil filter, and air filter changes in towing scenarios, extensive idling scenarios, dusty and off-road scenarios, etc.. In those scenarios, the intervals are reduced. Refer to the manual, Ford, and your trusted mechanic.

13. The parking brake for proper operation.
I check that several times a day. do people really not use their Parking brake every time they park? I am not trusting that little Parking Pawl, I have seen them snap.

My area is really flat so I rarely ever use my parking brake. I was fascinated that the Off-Roadeo taught the proper way to use the parking brake and it definitely makes sense in hilly terrain.
