Rock Sliders misbehaving

Has anyone had any misbehaving Rocksliders for the 4 door bronco. My installation has a one up and one down configuration stuck in place and even after removing the fuse and performing a 30 second or so reset the retracting boards are not moving or reseting to the null position.

Assuming you mean electric steps? Rock sliders are steel and don't move.
