The 2-door is 16.9 and the 4 door is 20.8 according to Ford's website.

Two doors are 16.9 and four doors are 20.8. The filler neck is not included in those numbers so there's an additional, undetermined amount there too. If you were about out of fuel this seems legit.

Im not on here to complain about fuel economy, I knew exactly what i was purchasing. My only gripe is how big the fuel tank is. Can anyone answer how big the capacity of fuel tank is and if its possible to put over 20 gallons in this tank? I think i might need to find a new station for my fill ups.

3.99 for diesel about an hour ago here in OK. Most I've ever paid here was 4.45 in 2009. Ironically, same guy was in office lol.

Maybe Ford could start offering an “auxiliary” fuel tank, like the original Broncos had.

But, they’d probably be constrained, so….

Oh, they already have. At least down here in the Eagle Ford Shale, anyway. Monthly royalty checks on some wells went from a couple hundred a month (from the last few years), to..over 30K(!) - a MONTH since December. And price per barrel is just going to keep soaring.

If Ford would just build my damn Bronco, I’d pay cash for it, today.

She’s only there for this semester then back to Miami (tough life, I know) for her senior year. She hates the winter in NY!

I shipped her car out there thinking she would enjoy all the amazing places CA has to offer (Napa, San Diego etc.) but she has been mostly hiking the Hollywood Hills

20.9 gallon tank... ~20 miles per gallon... should be 400 miles.

How many miles are you getting out of a tank?

I would think 400 miles would be plenty. I get around ~340 miles per tank on my Focus, which I thought was high—every vehicle I've driven before that was closer to around 300 miles. So I would expect 400 miles to be plenty, but maybe I'm just wildly out-of-touch with how many miles people expect to get per tank these days.
