Remote Start Not Working with Keys, but is on App?

Hello All!

I'm a newbie to the Bronco and to this forum, but I've already learned a ton from creeping around here. I took possession of my 2022 Bronco Outer Banks on Tuesday. (Eruption Green, Mid Package, Modular Bumper, + Leather Seats).

The two keys no longer remote start my Bronco, but the FordPass app on my phone still does. Don't quite understand why that is. I DON'T have Valet Mode on or any "My Keys" programmed either. In Settings, I have the Remote Start toggled "ON."
Any ideas here or has anyone seen this before?

Are you hitting the lock button first? Must hit lock button, then double press remote start.

EUREKA!! Color me a knucklehead. We have a 2011 Grand Cherokee whereby all you have to do is hit the remote start button twice (nothing else) and then it auto locks the vehicle.
Just a slightly different process with the Bronco I guess.
