About six months ago, the recipient's call quality when I call from my Bronco is terrible.
Have had the microphone replaced twice and still bad.
If I am sitting still it is good, but once I start driving, even a little the audio quality on the RECIPIENT's side gets garbled or drops every other word and is indiscernible.
As the drive, I can hear them perfectly fine, no issues on my end, just on the Recipients side. Basically, I can't make phone calls while driving using handsfree method.
I need help. Dealership is not finding the issue.
Again, it happens when i use my android phone, and it is ONLY on the Recipients side of the call.
Any guidance is appreciated.
