Rear Seats - 2 door vs 4 door

I’m getting the 4-door version, so this question is just for my edification.
It appears to me (based on videos and photos I’ve seen) that the 2-door version has less rear seat room (seats 2), and a 50/50 split, while the 4-door version seats 3, and has a 66/33 split.
Is this true, or am I mis-interpreting what I am seeing?
If it’s true, why? What does the 2-door give up so much rear seat room?

The 2-Door is listed on Build and Price as having a 50-50 split in the second row. The 4-Door is listed as having a 60-40.

The rear seats on the 2-Door sit between the rear wheel wells and have armrest/cupholders built into the side. The 4-Door has the back seats sitting in front of the wheel well and no built in arm rest/cupholders on the side.

No cup holders in the four-door in the back seat?!?!? That's it, I'm out. (Just kidding. Who wants soda flying all over the back when I do a carrier launch anyway?!)
I wasn't there...

Hey there, I recognize that question from FSB, glad to see you're hanging out here too!
Those pictures from @David really help clear up the differences.
