I keep getting a pop-up message on my screen telling me that SYNC is trying to start Android Auto. I close the pop-up and it immediately reappears. It tells me to go to my phone and follow setup instructions and the phone tells me to go to the screen and follow instructions. My dealer said he will look into it and get back to me. Anyone else have this issue? Anyone have a fix? Other than that I am happy with the Bronco

I've seen it once or twice, but it's always connected eventually. Try turning off bluetooth & WiFi (on your phone) and then turn back on. Then go through any prompts on your phone to complete the connection.

I'll also ask, do you have a VPN turned on? I know my VPN will prevent phone from connecting to SYNC.
