Yup it's possible, but not a supported modification by Ford (obviously).
The HOSS 3.0 steering rack itself costs around $1700, and the rest of the components are around $500 - $700 (last I checked, probably has changed). So probably need to budget $2500. In addition there is a core charge, so if you don't send the original rack back add that to your math.
If you buy the rack new, then you have to program the rack's configuration, as it comes unprogrammed from the factory. That involves a handful of trickery and hackery, because there are all kinds of safety mechanisms in place to prevent dealership technicians from flashing the wrong software. In short: you have to modify the configuration of your vehicle with a VIN off of a Wildtrak with the HOSS 3.0 package. That allows you to bypass the safety mechanism and program the steering rack. Then you have to change everything back to stock and reset everything so it works properly.
Also... for 2024MY, Badlands doesn't get the full HOSS 3.0 system—just the steering rack. The suspension components are still exclusive to Wildtrak.
