I am now getting a popping/clunking name that sounds to be coming from the rear end whenever I turn at speed or brake or accelerate hard. Like if I am turning at a corner I brake to slow a little then roll into the turn and then it pops. Seems to happen whether I go left or right. But like if I go right it pops, if I go right again it doesn’t seem to pop but then when I go left it pops like its something popping back into or out of whack. But then it also does it if I quickly accelerate or decelerate.

The pop/clunk can be heard and felt like 1-5 pop/clunks.

If I drive slow or turn slow it doesn’t happen. Ya I know I could just do that…

Anyway not really excited to take it to dealer to have them hold it to wait on some backordered till God knows when part.

Thinking maybe a wheel bearing or something of the like. I’ll probably end up taking it to dealer anyway but want to:
1. See if anyone else had experienced this
2. Find any other ideas of what it might be.

I have lockers, thought about that, I turned them on and then off again. Didn’t seem like they were locked before because when I turn you can tell the tires aren’t locked you know how you can hear the tires skip when you turn on pavement with them locked.

Have you done anything in terms of wheels, tires, or even the wheel well area like flaps, fenders, etc…

Before you pull out your diff... did you leave a pool ball in the cargo area? (gotta check everything.)

Nope, I mean I had the RSE step slides put on but they don’t hit anything.

Hi there. Can you send us a DM with your VIN and dealership info? I can look into this for you.
