I tried this for my seat rattle. Better than going to dealer. Seems to work for now.

Did you use teal hose and pink hose clamps? And did you torque the hose clamp correctly?

I am glad it helped, I need to add some rubber tubing to my roof panel pins, starting to get the ticking on bumps.

Thanks for posting. Were you hearing it more on driver's or passenger's, just curious? I remember some people saying the passenger seat noise was bad back in the day.

Definitely was coming from passenger side bottom seat support next to console. If there was a passenger seated it wouldn’t rattle over bumps. I only did it on that side as weight from the driver effectively prevents the vibration.
This is broad TSB that covers a whole bunch of similar 💺 seat designs for Ford.
Kind of a “Jerry” rig fix but like is said it seems to be working. You could replicate it by pounding on the front of the seat-back .
Only cost me a few bucks and saved me unnecessary aggravation at dealer.
