Paint or Wrap Cyber Orange Bronco??

If you are going for a Harley Davidson orange I would actually switch to Hot Pepper Red Metallic. Cyber Orange is more like a school bus yellow.

Hot Pepper Red Metallic is obviously a red base color... but in the sun gives off a noticeable orange glow that—unlike Cyber Orange—actually looks orange. Here is what it looks like on a Ranger:



BUT, yeah, you can definitely wrap it. But both Cyber Orange and Hot Pepper Red have a up-charge on it, so if you plan on wrapping it I would just drop the premium color options and stick with one of other colors.

So close that they should just rename Cyber Orange to School Bus Yellow ;)

FWIW- Ive always heard that if you are going to wrap a vehicle, its best to start with a color you wouldn't mind seeing in the Door jambs an other areas like that you probably aren't going to wrap. I think that like Black, or Silver or something like that might be a better choice than CO- you might clash when you open your doors or what not, if that bothers you.

Sorry that some just wants the boring crappy colors, but the Cyber orange is beautiful. Everybody that sees it that i’ve talked with, loves the color. It stands out. Its a Tri-coat so it will always look different in lighting situations. Each to their own. There are colors I wouldnt buy, black and certain reds, certain whites, ect.

To answer your question, no, never thought of it. Love the color.

Well it is my favorite of the colors that Ford offers but i believe it is only Orange by naming. My old eyes see yellow and not a true orange. Thanks.

I considered a matte wrap on my Rapid Red. Cost is about $5k at a quality shop (softtop saves a bundle). We did a sample panel and it looked pretty cool, in the end I decided to just ppf the key areas.

Love the reds Ford picked, not ready to cover em up.

Twister Orange they use on Mustang is pretty sweet.
