Anybody try to get a hold of Overland Expo Customer service? I've been trying for a month, at least, emails, contact page and calls...zip, nada, zero answers to anything. They used to be pretty good a couple of years ago, now????

No I haven’t looked at any of the events recently. No response is unusual

It used to be pretty good. I've got tickets I purchased for last years Flagstaff Expo, that I couldn't use because of an auto accident. They supposedly carried them forward for this year, but now I'm pretty concerned that's all going nowhere.

I recently purchased tickets to the Overland Expo PNW and had no trouble using their website. I didn’t need their customer service for anything.

If I may ask, what numbers and email addresses have you tried?
Chris here. I drive a 2-door Velocity Blue 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands with Sasquatch, Lux, a 2.7L V6, and an automatic transmission. It’s fun.

I was trying to get a military discount to start. they never sent me the code and I tried twice. Then I started calling them, and emailing them. I've ordered tickets from them before with military discount no prob for 2 years off their website. The number I called was 317-207-0557 which is on their website. I've used their "contact" field at the bottom of their website, [email protected]

I think I found an email where the ticket coupons they issued me for the unused tickets expired 1-15-25. I guess I was supposed to use them for tickets 6 months in advance. What a disaster this is turning out to be.

The first time I went to Overland Expo I tried to get the Veteran's discount on their website but was unsuccessful. So on the first day of the Expo I dropped into their office and explained the problem. After showing them my Veteran ID card they gave me a refund for the difference. Since then I'm able to get the refund on their website even though the questionnaire asks questions that don't apply to me since I was in the Navy. But I use the same address and personal info when I register.
