So I stopped by my dealer today, and they did some things to their mannequin! They opted for the 2.5” leveling kit and installed some 37’s on their Outerbanks with Lux.

I took it for a spin, now, I’ve driven this a few times already. It had the almost 32’s on it, and it was peppy, with the 37’s it the same peppy, seriously. I come from driving a Wrangler, the throttle response on this thing even with 37’s is insane!

It’s wet here in Florida, and I hit a few large puddles, one at speed and one pretty casual. The speed one was fun, soaked the beast. The slower more casual one was awesome just watching the wheels push that water away.

I am excited for my Badlands on 33’s to arrive, but I may end up moving up on tire size. This thing was awesome compared to my Wrangler on 35’s.

I should have taken photos, but this is what they sent me when they put the 37’s on.

Some missing info -
2.3 or 2.7?
Auto or Manual
Gearing

I'd be real curious on the gearing especially. Was it peppy with the 2.t and 4,46 gearing? It would be hard to believe the 2.3 with the standard OB gearing of what is is 3.27? could handle 37's.
4DR BL-Cactus Gray - Sas - 2.7 - 10 Spd - Lux - Soft Top
Res 7/14 - Ord 1/20 - VIN 8/26 - Sticker 10/12 - Blend 10/18

It’s the standard gearing! And the 2.7 10speed,

Didn’t have any rubbing, they removed the crash bars. Of course I did some road driving, no flexing, but turn to turn there were no issues.
