So,
From the first time I waited till 7 pm to watch that intro "concept" commercial with the yellow and powder blue 2 and 4 door models in that sandpit, I fell in love with that great Outerbacks (6 larger ovals) front grill. I said to my wife... "If the base doesn't come with that grill, I will buy one and shoot it in the garage that cheap pot medal 1979 Ford Grill color."
With this, if you look below, I called my local Ford parts department and got a quote for 460 and change for that grill (the one to the right). There are various options and even the Raptor option to order, but I want the Outerbanks which as you can see basically fits all Broncos.
Anyway, if anyone loves the base look with the smaller grill holes and the flat black plastic and polished black letters, I have one.
I would like to swap b/c, the thing is, the $460 is not the end of it...as it comes with no letters, and has to be painted.
So, again, if you have a gray one and want to swap, I live in Orange County, Upstate NY. We are all for making weekend, bed and breakfast, excursions to get parts, and make swaps.
