Agree, really digging the Carb Gray. It's a sleeper color that will turn heads when folks see it. I wish they offered it on the First Edition. The Iconic Silver and Carb Gray our my two top colors. Cactus Gray is third on my list, but is most likely my choice for my FE . Hoping to see Cactus Gray and Area 51 on a Sport before ordering.

Those Cactus Grey Broncos sure look way more grey/white then grey/green. The light plays with that color like crazy. Is this a different color??

Looking at the pictures from the back and the side how does the glass hatch swing up? I assume you can open it with the bottom latched, but it sure looks like it will hit the brake light?

I don't think I like that. I guess my Jeep was that way, but it was a soft top.

It's definitely Cactus Gray. I wish it was a few shades darker with more green tint to. But I'm not going to complain, as I'm still riding high over Ford adding the Black interior on the FE.

That’s my Base in AMB :cool:. Is it October already?

I wonder if it’s the angle of the camera but the rake of the truck (rear suspension high) looks odd in these pictures. Something I’ve never picked up before. The base 2-door looks pretty “stoved up”.

Have to agree. The top and fender flares don’t match the AMB. They look good on most of the others. I think they would be great on the carbonized gray. Digging the soft top now though. Painted modular top would almost guarantee MY22 at this point if you don’t have the FE I’m afraid.

My wife disagrees (at least regarding the top). She’s an interior designer and has a gift for color combinations. She digs how the Carbonized Gray top contrasts with AMB. And how it’s color ties in with the grill and optional wheels (Badlands). Every time I’ve tried to steer her in a different direction I get the pouty face. AMB it is. Can’t wait for one of my local dealers to get a truck with it so I can see it in its glory in my Florida sun.

Why do you think this? Will the FE and Wildtrak get first dibs on the top? I'm ordering a Badlands and am seriously thinking about waiting for the Black mod top. I wouldn't mind waiting for a '22 if they would possibly add a green to the color mix.

I’m guessing there is a problem that is causing the delay beyond Covid so it will take a while to ramp production. Because the top is offered standard on the wildtrack and FE they will get priority.

Pile on top the “late availability” Statement which I assume Ford will treat as putting it at the end of the MY21 schedule behind many of the folks who opted for the MIC. There just isn’t a lot of time to make a ton of MY21 Broncos.

I’m an 18 July Badlands reservation which puts me even further behind. Let’s assume the Bronco production is the same as the Focus 150,000 units/year which I am doubtful of given current Ranger production. (No inside info here only speculation) If Ford starts production on 1 April and produces MY21Broncos until 31 Dec that puts ~100,000 MY21 Broncos on the street.

All speculation on my part but I don’t want to get my hopes up for a MY21 with a late availability top only to have my dreams crushed.
