Hi, I’m soon to get a new 2025 Bronco outerbanks, and I am wondering what the most important things are to do. What is the best way to take care of this vehicle to extend the longevity of it? Also, what website is the best to get exterior + interior accessories? Thanks!

My advice for longevity is this; Keep up on the preventive maintenance. Keep in mind, the mileage recommendations in the owners manual are maximums. If you live in a 4 season environment, have it treated with Fluid Film annually. Keep it garaged, keep it clean.
My strategy for accessories has been mostly to start with functional upgrades first, then cosmetic. I've purchased from a variety of vendors, and can't really suggest anyone specific.
I have added Ford's tow package, D Rings for my modular front bumper, a 2nd OEM recovery ring on the rear end. I also bought a set of used OEM rock rails. Installed a dash mounted USB power/data port. I bought mine from Buttercup, but Mabett sells the same one. I replaced the door pocket nets (hot garbage) with molded plastic from an Amazon vender, plastic storage inserts for the door handles, also from Amazon. I installed protective rubber mats for the rear seat backs, also from Amazon. I put a short accessory rail on the dash. I bought it from someone at SuperCel East 2023.

Cosmetically, all I have done is replace the fender fridge magnet looking stickers with chrome old school Bronco script badges, and put red covers over the bronco lettering on the grill. Both from Amazon

FWIW, I have a 2022 2 door Basesquatch.

Ahh, those sound like very cool upgrades! I will for sure keep up with maintenance! I’m looking for a red theme so that may sound like a good idea. Do you recommend any dash cams?

I recommend a dash Cam. I'm sorta shopping them as well, so I can't really make an informed suggestion. I'm looking for something that can give me a live feed to a tablet and act as a forward looking trail Cam.

I forgot to mention that I installed mudflaps on the front. Bro Flaps brand on Etsy. I can't recommend them strongly enough. I could not be more pleased with the price, the quality and the performance.

@RNC is correct. But check out the other parts of the forums. There’s a post with all of the companies and parts listed as well as a lot of pictures, DIYs, and the such. Personally, I still like some of the accessories from Accessories.ford.com and it seems every month they are doing promo codes. The BIG one, is right here. Bronco Nation as a lot of parts/stuff in their store and membership gets a discount!
IF you want to buy more Bronco merchandise, stop by merchandise.ford.com

Note about accessories.ford.com. Most of the parts are muti-year, not sure why ford has some listed just for 2025 or 21-24. I’ve checked with the manufacturer website to verify.

Lastly, welcome, sit back and relax, do some reading/watching vids cause the fun will happen when your bronco is finally home.

It may sound dumb, but read the manual. It has a lot of fun settings that can be tricky. Spending time familiarizing yourself with what your buttons do can be super helpful. You can also learn about the maintenance schedule and what needs done and when.

I think there is nothing you need to add, just things you may want to add.

First thing, congratulations on your pending new arrival and welcome to the BN! These things eat rocks. Seriously consider paint protection film to cover the rock chips and windshield protection film fort the front glass. Also consider an aero hood protector and running boards. Those are all items that will make a big difference. And in regards to your windshield: it’s not a matter of if it will be broken, but when. If you will be taking your rig off road, look into adding additional skids plates.
Make sure to learn how to navigate the site and ask a lot of questions. A lot of good people, information and ideas here!

First thing you should do is sign up for one of the off-roadeos, this way you can get hands on learning of all the features your Bronco has and will give you an idea of just how capable these things are. Then go get dirty and add stuff as you need it. Oh and welcome to the Nation!

Congrats on your decision!

Good floor mats/cargo mat/seat back protectors go a long way, as mentioned. Be aware the plastic on the doors/cargo area sides scratches really easily, so if that will bother you, watch what you load and consider cargo area protectors like mats or molle panels on the sides.

Avoid anything and everything from ADV and APG (if they are even still selling) as they scammed Bronco owners out of millions (5+ million) of dollars for vaporware hardtops they never delivered and kept the cash. They sell other things besides the vaporware hardtops but avoid, avoid, avoid both at all costs...

As far as where to buy it all depends on what you are after, the quality you want etc. For essential gear and items I am always under the 'buy once, cry once' line of thought. I do buy cheap Chinese stuff every so often but it's non essential stuff like molle door panels etc..

Lots of great info here on the forum and lots of very knowledgeable peeps..

Become a supporting member and you get some nice discounts at the Bronco Nation store. Those discounts can easily cover the cost of the BN membership with just one purchase..

As @Jakob1972 said, use that free Off-Roadeo coupon you get with purchase and attend one. Especially if you are new to off-roading. Even if you do not plan on off-roading your Bronco it would still be very beneficial to learn about everything the Bronco and can do and how to use it's features and functions.. It's very capable off road and can do a lot more than most people think it can..

Welcome to Bronco Nation and congrats on the Bronco! 💪 👍
