So, let me start by saying that because of Jeep soft tops - I did not want a soft top Bronco, but I could not find a Badlands non-sas anywhere with a hardtop near me, thus I got mine with the soft top. Having had jeeps for years with soft tops, I hated them, the noise, the constant flapping sound, the issues with staying cool in the summer and warm in the winter - soft tops were not for me.
That being said, I absolutely love my soft top, even better than the hard top Gladiator that I have. The top on the Bronco is actually better quality than the Bestop tops that I have put on every Jeep that I have ever owned. I did add the IAG Performance V2 EZ-Lift Soft Top Assist System for 2021+ Ford Bronco 4 Door Soft Top - and that was a game changer for letting my dogs get into the back (NOTE: It also helps pull up the top when you have it all the way back with the windows removed. It has handled some pretty extreme weather in the last 3 months here in Alabama, from Ice, to sleet to rain to 80-degree weather without a single issue. I live on a ranch, so mudslinging is an everyday occurrence - so soft top maintenance is a must - or the crusher on the driveway will cause fading. So I clean the top using the Chemical Guys Convertible Top Care kit every time I give it a bath - and it keeps it black and clean (I have used this for all of my Jeep tops also).
With all of that being said, I am absolutely happy with my soft top, but I will add some updates to this thread when I can to keep you informed on my experiences with the soft top.
