Michigan Assembly Plant Mistake?

This weekend, I was doing an interior detail of my Bronco for the first time. As I was cleaning the passenger door handle, I realized it was black, while my driver's side is gray. Not a big deal to me, as it took me 1.5 years to notice (or just clearing 1.5 years' worth of dust off, perhaps, but even still).

Is the right color gray (Badlands, MGV)? I was looking at Build and Price, which seems to show gray (pictured above) but I know that too can have quirks. I like the black more, to be honest. Looks a little less busy.

Thinking of some other recent mentions that have surfaced on an Outer Banks and a Black Diamond, did you find any little mixups on your Bronco? Did you take it in to the dealer, and how did fixing it go? I probably won't bother with this, but just curious.

Maybe if we gave them a forty percent increase in pay and 32 hour work weeks $hit like this would not happen!!

After today's news about engines, I'd definitely be looking into extended warranties or Jeeps...😉

Yes, I fall under that. 'A Step Closer to a Recall': Bronco’s 2.7L Engine.
I'm at nearly 13k miles though. And my Jeep is getting spiffied at this very moment. But the Bronco is here to stay.

lol true on the Oxford White. Yeah I like it too! I forgot Ford did that until I got mine, because we only have 4 doors at BN. It was a nice surprise.

My old shop landlord said he had to paint his sons shoes red and blue so he could teach left and right. Maybe its something like this?

Do you remember the MGV front seats and cloth or leather rear seats? I think that happened 2 or 3 times.


As if I needed an excuse to go look at my Bronco 😄..... But here I go....
