Any info on what commercial products will be helpful in keeping the MIC top looking like new?

Soap & water and simply keeping it clean will do the most good . Once you start using the "Protectants" you best not stop or it will start looking worse than if you hadn't used them to start with .

Not just any soap, make sure you use car soap and a trim sealant otherwise you'll dry and fade it faster since its not paint.

I used this stuff when I had my Avalanche, and plan to give it a try for the Bronco plastics when they fade.
Goes on really slick with a foam brush, and wipes away easily:

However, I'm thinking for early continued maintenance, using 303 Aerospace Protectant:

there are several tried & true trim protectants out there. But I'm under the impression the MIC top is a new-ish composite material.

It would be GREAT if the site moderators could use their Ford connections to get us a MIC-specific recommendation!

All kidding aside, Ford recommends you only use a mild soap and water solution on a soft cloth when cleaning plastic. They further recommend that you dry the area with a clean, soft cloth.

Not sure if there will be further recommendations down the road that are specific to MIC tops.

Might be good advice....I have seen several references to this product being a polyacetal engineered polymer. Web surfing, I get mostly a bunch of words I don't understand - but I think I read they are typically resistant to cleaning chemicals

I had an Undercover Tonneau on my truck that was a textured formed plastic material similar to the MIC. Instructions said use soap and water. You can also use a brush to get extreme dirt off if needed such as dried on bird crap. I did use a plastic safe protectant like the 303 at times but you have to be sure and wipe it down or it can run down onto the paint. Still looked good after being outside in the weather for years.

I just wish the MIC was black like the Jeeps.
