Does any one know if you can add roof rails to the MIC top if they did not come from the factory? I know the connection point front the front part of the roof rails are there by the windshield but not sure if they are there in the back part of the MIC top.

I am not aware of any at this point. As I have not actually seen a MIC top, I do not know if you will be able to mount anything to it as it does not appear to have gutters. I am not sure if you will be able to bolt a rack to the roof as I am not sure of its structural strength. Anyone who has seen the MIC, can you comment.
You may be able to use a window strap rack system on the four door...

Yes, I believe you will be able to do that. Everything is there to bolt them on so you should eventually be able to order them from your dealer. All the MIC tops are made the same no matter if you had the roof rails as part of your order or not.
Not sure when they would be available to order, but eventually.

Yes, but catch is they are not listed in any parts or accessory site. The MIC does have the 4 attachment points for 4dr or 2 for 2dr, so definitely can be done when ever they may come available as an AM

I’ve been eyeballing the rack on the red 4WHP Bronco. Looks like the back of it will mount under the top in the back and the front attaches to the front mounting points above the windshield.

Not sure if it will create a slight gap with a hard top and how that would be addressed.

Looks like it may hold more weight then the factory roof racks.

Exactly my observation. Definitely will hold more weight

I bought the rack OEM with the MIC roof. Here's an observation that I'd love to have confirmed/refuted by anyone else with that combo. There is almost NO room for removing the front panels with the rack installed. They will come off, but it's a very fiddly process to get them out between the frame and the rail. The pin that goes into the frame bracket does NOT want to go past the bolt on the rail...

Wish they'd given us another ½ inch of clearance.

I’m pretty sure the rear of the roof rails clamp onto the hard top in the area that’s cut out almost like a handle above the rear side glass so adding one to a hard top that was shipped without it should be simple.44F38E96-B3E9-4D58-94EA-DB3829791C2E.jpeg52F2376D-173F-4629-8125-F93565596A1A.jpeg

I wanted them on my 4 door Badlands. Originally had the 4 with manual but changed to the 6 with auto. For some strange reason you can not get the roof rails with the V6. Doesn't make sense and dealer couldn't tell me why. Test drove one with a MIC top and rails and the tops were pretty hard to install with the roof rails installed.
