Left Drivers Side Air Vent Not Working? Wildtrak 4D

Just curious…. For the life of me I can’t get any air conditioning to come out of the left air vent by the steering wheel. I’ve tried everything on the vent itself (open / close / etc) but no luck. Is there any settings that control which air vents get air? Incidentally the passenger vents work fine. Any ideas?

Have you turned the knob on the vent itself ?
The Horizontal one, at the very bottom.

Yep. Doesn’t address the problem.
