is the vin really Bronco specific, sequentially?

We were wondering about stats for how many 2021 Broncos were made (and if its yet known how many, with what colours, packages, etc). One internet search says Ford made 25,000 for 2021, and other wonky numbers (oh, the internet). My vin ends with 76,385. Does that really mean mine was the 76,385 Bronco off the line? I took delivery in October. I wondered if the vin assignment was specific to Bronco, or does this count also include the Sport models? Thanks.

Also, how can I decode this circled number--I have looked at some window sticker posts that help explain, but I have found this number isnt addresssed, or only partially addressed. Thanks.

I haven’t seen the production figures broken out by specific trim & packages (yet). Here is Ford’s year end snapshot for all models and all plants illustrating 54,572 Broncos produced in 2021

Based on the above, Bronco was only built in Michigan for 2021.
My window sticker has an invoice date of Aug 19/21.
The above 2021 production numbers, including all of August, is 21,623.
My sequence code is A76,385.
I understand that the rest of the vin will identify it as a Bronco, but just trying to understand, does the sequence code get applied to any Ford vehicle leaving the line, or is it specific to model (Bronco)? Does Ford start at 000001?

Watching the "baby pics" people post, I see Rangers, Mavericks in the mix with the Broncos in the background. If the sequence is literally as the truck rolls off the line, then I would say no (Broncos VIN not sequential). Just an observation and have no real info on it. I just remember I thought it would be hard to tool up with a mix of vehicles on the assembly instead of a full run of model, then change.

The United States Department of Transportation created a consistent, unified VIN system in 1981. Specifically, it included the VIN system in the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 49, Chapter V, Part 565 [ref]. Prior to 1981, auto manufacturers used their own numbering system to stamp cars with unique IDs. The VIN system conforms to a standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization in 1977: ISO 3779. Manufacturers use all letters and numbers, with the exception of the letters I, O and Q.

The last six digits, 12 through 17, are production sequence numbers, although small manufacturers that make fewer than 500 cars per year use the 12th, 13th and 14th digits as additional manufacturer identification codes. Production sequence numbers identify the vehicle itself, sort of like a serial number. - - - - How Stuff Works.

Yes Off-Roadeo Bronco's get VIN's. They are purchased by the organizer. Off-Roadeo is not owned by Ford, it's a marketing agreement with an independent for profit company.

Excellent question! I'm guessing they've been assigned VINs and will eventually be sold at dealerships as "gently used demos."
Chris here. I drive a 2-door Velocity Blue 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands with Sasquatch, Lux, a 2.7L V6, and an automatic transmission. It’s fun.

When I did the Texas Off-Roadeo, our tire blew out on the hot lap and they brought us a replacement bronco to finish the day. It was a red First Edition and I snapped this pic of the birthmark next to the shifter. They were actually wheeling this one, although they did say it doesnt go out often.
