Images were submitted 5/5 and card was charged 5/7. I thought previews were expected in 3-4 business days.
I have had multiple communications with their customer service person and keep getting promises, but no results.
Their process is that I submit images which they then convert into previews of how the cover will look. I have yet to receive the previews.
I’m guessing they are swamped and wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same problem.
