Are there any obvious give-aways to tell the seven trims apart?

Well the trim badge on the side of each Bronco will be a pretty solid place to start :) .

Each has little things that tell them apart. Examples are graphics on the FE and WT, the trim specific wheels/tires, etc. For those of us that have lived and breathed Bronco since the reveal, I'm not sure it will too tough to differentiate the trims, but for the casual observer, I doubt they'll look all that much different except for the extremes like a non-squatch base and a FE.

In all honesty they each have unique differences to them. some small and some more apparent. I went through the build and price too many times to count. Heck, I still go back to build and price just to see! I am always worrying that somehow I missed something.

Grill is the first one, but with the modularity people will be swapping them out to the one they like. Bumpers is another thing but some can get the steel bumper as optional.
Taillights Badlands and above are only ones with LED and Below are Halogen.

I have a feeling as time goes on it’s only going to become harder to tell. With Jeeps you can tell right off the showroom floor, but as they get modified and changed as time goes on they get further and further from stock. Plus “takeoff” parts are super popular, rubicon rock rails and tires are common mods for sport/Sahara Jeeps and I’m sure the same will happen for bronco as people upgrade.

You can use this but badges are the biggest thing. Since builds are modular a lot of things can be added.

I think people will notice: SAS, LED lights, grill, and bumper.

 Obvious when moving?

Outer Banks is the only one to have paint-matched fender flairs (non-squatched of course)

Base is the only one with black letters on the grille.

Obvious at a stand still? The badges and stock wheels tell all, unless squatched.

This is only good until the aftermarket, and people swapping out parts.

People are already talking about removing the badges, or replacing with older gen script, so that won't last long.

Yup, a lot of people want the smaller or non painted flairs, different grilles, and I've seen some threads to swap badge out with og cursive logo (which I love). I'd also bet aftermarket options are insane by mid-summer. With everything modular it will be fun!

I’d like to be able to say e.g. - “nice Outer Banks,” without having to look at the badge.

We should not place labels on our Broncos . As they get older they will decide what trim they want to be .
