How come I cant track my Bronco anymore

Been tacking my build, and about a week ago I can't get into it. Says I'm not putting the right info in........ It's been working alright before! Anybody else having this problem?

Yesterday they changed the look of the tracker today you cant even get in. I am seriously considering giving up on the whole thing especially because my car has been sitting on ice mountain for a month, not sure if I want it at this point maybe reorder later in 2023. I reserved 07/14/20 BEFORE the site went down that evening just to see bunch of later orders pass me... BS.

I've had the same issue, works randomly, even when all the correct info is in won't work then I click on the link without logging in and everything comes up again. The website has been buggy including some weird things in the contextual menu like two lines for saved vehicles and then after refresh one goes away. When I finally get my Bronco I'm hoping that the over air updates work better than the Ford.com site.

My tracker says built on 2/17 and shipped or in transit to my dealer. Been saying that for almost two weeks. The tracker used to say expected delivery on 3/12 but that hadn’t shown for the last few days. It is frustrating the lack of information and the ever changing format of things that seems to give less and less information. Have been trying very hard to understand the impact of Covid and ship shortage and all but can’t help feel Ford is dangling us reservation holders while leaning toward ‘new’ buyers.

Why don't you call Ford and get a direct update. Your dealer also has a system that can look at status and updates everyday, my dealer here in Florida has sent me updates when I can't find peace of mind from the Ford site.

The tracker rarely lets me in but about once a week it works. I attempt multiple times throughout a day.

My regular ford tracker works but has changed (no EDD and Final prep bubble instead of delivered) but the backdoor tracker no longer works! Has not worked for 2 days! Wth
