Got up early at the hotel to make my appointment. Started the Bronco, turned on the defroster, and got out to dust the snow off the windshield. HONK-HONK, the Bronco issued a good morning wish to all the other hotel guests. Technology is amazing.

LOL… new habits to form…. If you close the door one click but not completely the car wont honk at you…

I know the double honk gets a lot of hate here, but I have come to appreciate its reminder…

Disabling the double honk was a main reason I bought a Superchips Flashcal for my Bronco.

IMO, it's one of the absolute worst 'features' on the Bronco. Well, auto stop gives it a run for it's money and I whacked that as well with an auto stop eliminator..

I learned pretty quick to leave the door open if I was just hopping out for a second.

I push the OK button 4.5 million times before I get out and don't get the honk. Then again that takes so long to do I forget why I got out of the truck. So I get back in the truck and start all over. :0)

I have mastered the double honk. My wife on the other hand.......
