Hitch Mount Racks for Soft Top

Anyone has any recommendation for a hitch mounted multiple ski/snowboard rack, as well as a 4-bike rack?
With the swinging gate, I am not seeing anything out there. Bummed that the soft top has no options until I get the hard top (holding out for a white one to go retro-look).
