Hill start assist warning

I received the same alert 1 week ago yet it appears to be working fine.

Same here, no issues driving. Guess I'll mention it when I go to the dealer next and see what they say.

I’ve been using the hill start feature since December’21 and haven’t seen this alert.

After reading some other threads, my guess is something tied to the ABS/brake system.

You can disable the feature (through the touchscreen menu), and drive your MT like the old days!

Worth having the dealer dig into. You could even call them and ask for an OASIS scan that give more detail than what you get through FordPass.

ditto on the same alert. was off & on several times in 2-3 weeks, but haven't seen lately. @ oil change time will have dealership check computer.

My dealership said that Ford is aware of the issue and is going to have an update that will roll out mid November and should update automatically.

Great info, you know more than my dealer. Called my dealer today about the same issue but they had no idea about the issue. My hill start warning started when I took the doors off 2 days ago.

These are the warnings I got when I took my doors off.

I seemed to get a bunch of these alerts when the doors were off as well. Can anyone out there currently running with doors off confirm this has been resolved? I just received an OTA update but will not be running with doors off for a couple more months.
