I finally finished a project that I started several months ago - creating a high mount LED light bar.
6” Rough Country Black Series LED bar wired through the brake light grommet and then powered via the white/orange wire in the right rear cargo area and then cross connected to the white wire under the glovebox and finally to AUX 6 under the hood. Mount is a couple of pieces of flat aluminum stock attached to the 2 lug nuts on the tailgate mounted spare.
I still need to clean up the fabrication a bit and paint it black to blend into the rear tire.
I’ll take some more pics when it gets dark to illustrate the light output but, I am sure it’s gonna be great!
