Has anyone that is eligible for the Bronco Order Modification Private Offer been successful in getting their certificate from Ford?

Try searching for this title in the BN forums: "How did you get your private offer certificate number??"
There is some info, hopefully it can help you figure it out. The system is called Smart Vincent. I've seen other threads on here about it too.
I've read that it can be a simple misspelling or transposed number when they are searching and it won't come up.

I got a Private Offer certificate when I purchased my 2023 Bronco in mid-January. I originally ordered it in November, 2021, then reordered it in September, 2022. It got scheduled and built by December 9, 2022 and delivered to my dealer on January 13, 2023. The certificate was hard to track down, but it finally became available about a day before I was scheduled to pick up my Bronco. It saved me $2,450 as I recall. It used to be regarded as "price protection," but that term fell out of favor with Ford and/or the dealer network.

All that said, I'm not sure if my certificate is what you're referring to. I don't know what you mean by "Bronco Order Modification Private Offer." Is that the same thing or a completely different thing?

This Bronco Order Modification Private Offer notification was sent out by email to me.
On one of the Bronco Forums this offer was posted and one of the question was:
Will the Order Modification Private Offer affect the existing Model Year Transition Private Offer?
Answer: You will receive two separate certificates:
One for the amount you were previously eligible for under the 2023 Model Year Transition Private Offer and
One for the amount you are eligible for with the Bronco Order Modification Private Offer.

I ordered my Bronco in May 2021. I changed my order on 1/18/23 to modify existing order and remove all constrained commodities (per the above). I do have a certificate for the 2023 Model Year Transition Private Offer, but NOT for the Bronco Order Modification Private Offer. I have been going back and forth with the dealer and Ford for over 4 months, each pointing the finger at the other with no success in getting the certificate.

Has anyone else experience this and if so been able to get it resolved?
